Customize Your Pardot Lightning App

Beginning with the Spring 2020 release, Pardot added the ability to customize your tabs to give you quick access to the features you use most within Pardot.

Benefits to Customizing your Pardot Lightning App:

Customizing your Pardot Lightning App is like customizing your smartphone. Typically, the apps you use regularly are front and center on your main home screen. You want easy access to the apps you use the most instead of swiping from screen to screen or digging in folders for them. Customizing your Pardot app is the same concept. Instead of clicking around and spending time searching for it, the automation elements you use the most can be front and center on your screen. Being able to quickly navigate from automation asset to automation asset can help you save time and increase your productivity.

Steps to customize your Pardot Lightning app:

1. Navigate to Setup
2. Inside of the Quick Find, search App Manager
3. Click App Manager
4. Locate PardotAppV1
   1. Don’t use PardotInsight (aka Pardot classic)
5. Click the drop down arrow
6. Click Edit
7. Navigate to Navigation Items
8. Search for Pardot Campaigns in the Available Items Search Box
9. Select Pardot Campaigns and click the over arrow
10. Search for Engagement Studio in the Available Items Search Box
11. Select Engagement Studio and click the over arrow
12. To rearrange your tabs, select the element in the Selected Items section and click the up or down arrows to move it to the desired location.
13. Click Save
